Please read our payment policy carefully. Our front office staff will help you choose the right payment method for your dental needs and budget. You can pay using your dental insurance, cash, check or credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No matter how you pay our payment policy requires you to pay at time of service. The payment policy is discussed during your free consultation and initial dental exam. For checks, debit and credit cards there’s a $35.00 return fee.

Care Credit

Care credit offers patients financing for their dental needs. You can apply for Care Credit online, over the phone or in our dental offices. Ask our receptionist for a Care Credit application when you visit. Approval only takes 5-7 minutes. Care Credit offers low interest rates and a way to get your dental needs met. Dental Insurance Billing

We provide dental insurance billing. Once we have your dental insurance information we’ll bill your insurance company directly. Our front office staff is skilled in dental insurance billing. We’ll check the coverage amount, co-pays and other insurance information. We’ll also do any follow-up calls for your dental insurance billing. Each month we’ll send you a monthly billing statement. Your insurance company usually responds within 4-6 weeks.

If your statement doesn’t match your dental insurance payment, call us immediately. You’re still responsible for any balance on your billing statement. We appreciate your prompt payment.
